1. Budget Wisely: Don't let enthusiasm cloud your decision making, budgeting your investment should be your topmost priority. Calculate your investment budget, including documentation fees, agency fees, and other costs. Consult with a professional real estate consultant to ensure wise financial decisions and to help you administer the budget for better use.


2. Verify the Location and Size:  Don't purchase any landed property without knowing the adequate location and the size of the land.

It is important to know and verify the exact location of the land, if you cannot go on your own due to a reason, you should at least send a representative, or your consultant to verify the location of the land for you.
